BiographyFrank has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Business Management from the University of Groningen in The Netherlands. Frank joined Ernst & Young in 1998. Before Ernst & Young he worked as a Senior Manager with KPMG Consulting in The Netherlands Antilles, Aruba and Suriname. Frank is specialized in Public Sector Development programs, Organizational restructuring and development and Information Technology. He is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) in the USA. Frank Soe-Agnie is the partner in charge of Technology and Knowledge for BDO in Suriname.
